Business Development: Proactively identify and engage corporate clients, educational institutions, and government bodies to promote Macduff’s training programs.
Campaign Management: Design and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Lead Generation: Utilize various channels (social media, networking, and cold calling) to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management (CRM): Serve as the primary point of contact for new leads, ensuring professional follow-up and high conversion rates.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends in professional training and ISO standards to provide insights for service improvement.
Content Creation: Draft compelling marketing materials, including brochures, emails, and social media updates.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Note that Serving Corp Member NYSC can apply.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales (experience in the training or consulting industry is a plus).
Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in social media management and basic digital marketing tools.
Self-motivated with a "go-getter" attitude.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.

Monthly Salary: ₦100,000
Annual Gross Salary: ₦1,200,000
