Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and engage corporate clients, educational institutions, and government bodies to promote Macduff’s training programs.
  • Campaign Management: Design and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels (social media, networking, and cold calling) to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Serve as the primary point of contact for new leads, ensuring professional follow-up and high conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends in professional training and ISO standards to provide insights for service improvement.
  • Content Creation: Draft compelling marketing materials, including brochures, emails, and social media updates.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Note that Serving Corp Member NYSC can apply.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales (experience in the training or consulting industry is a plus).
  • Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in social media management and basic digital marketing tools.
    • Self-motivated with a "go-getter" attitude.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
Remuneration & Benefits
  • Monthly Salary: ₦100,000
  • Annual Gross Salary: ₦1,200,000

Responsibilities

Target-Driven Sales Execution
  • Direct Selling: Actively sell Macduff’s training modules, ISO certification audits, and consultancy packages to corporate and individual clients.
  • Closing Leads: Take leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into confirmed sales through persistent follow-up.
  • Meeting Quotas: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
